Shipping Information

At Challenge Batteries, we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping to ensure your orders reach you promptly. Here are the key details about our shipping process:

Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Not on all orders.
  • Estimated delivery time varies by location:
    • Metro Areas: 1-3 business days.
    • Regional Areas: 3-5 business days.
    • Remote Areas: 5-7 business days.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping:

  • Currently, we do not ship outside Australia.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Policy:

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it, unless this is related to warranty.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at sales@challengebatteries.com.au to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number.


  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


  • If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at sales@challengebatteries.com.au. We will process the exchange once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at sales@challengebatteries.com.au with details of the product and the defect. We will provide instructions on how to return the defective item.
